Terms of Service

1. Research use only

All products are sold for research use only and are not for human consumption. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and will use products only for lawful research purposes.

2. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only after we receive payment by Zelle and confirm it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or payment is not received.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the address you provide and offer Express Local Delivery in eligible Miami areas. Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure your address is correct, since we are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

4. All sales final

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at info@eternalife.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will review it.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used it.

6. Limitation of liability

Products and this website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, EnternalLife is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
